DraftWorldwide has appointed Stephen O’Shea managing director of its Westport, CT office, The Agency @ MCA, which will be aligned with Draft’s New York office. O’Shea’s responsibilities include building Daft New York’s sales promotion, in-store communications and other marketing services capabilities. He replaces Bob Petisi, who will be leaving to pursue other interests.
WPP Group, London, will appoint new media guru Esther Dyson to its board of directors. Dyson will take up the post of non-executive director effective June 28. Dyson is chairman of EDventure Holdings, an information technology concern that publishes Release 1.0 and sponsors industry conferences.
