Time Inc., New York, has named Amy Lyons to its consumer marketing division as a marketing manager in list management. The appointment took effect March 6. Previously Lyons worked for The Specialists Ltd., a Client Logic Co., in Weehawken, NJ.
New York-based business-to-business publisher Cahners has acquired Casual Living magazine from Bolger Publications in Minneapolis. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Dave Chamberlain is retiring as president of Harte-Hanks Logistics at the end of the year. The Deerfield Beach, FL, company is searching for a replacement. Chamberlain has been the only president of Harte-Hanks Logistics, a division of Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing. During his 18-year tenure the division went from a start-up operation to one delivering more than 16 billion pieces in 1999.
Seattle-based FreeShop.com Inc., has signed a one-year agreement with EMAZING, a Louisville, KY-based e-mail publishing company. The pact is expected to bolster FreeShop’s e-mail newsletter offerings by more than 60%.
