Kansas City, MO-based tax preparation giant H&R Block has signed an agreement with AOL Time Warner to market its services across AOL’s online, on-air and print vehicles.
Cataloger Hanover Direct Inc, Weehawken, NJ, has named Basil P. Regan to its board of directors. Regan, who served as a company director last year, fills a vacancy created by the recent resignation of Robert F. Wright.
