Travelocity.com and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts have formed a distribution agreement for Travelocity.com to access theme park tickets and onsite hotel room inventory to package Disney products under the Travelocity Vacations brand. Travelocity Vacations will launch the Walt Disney World Resort product during the first quarter of 2002.
Equifax Inc. has been awarded the $5 million National Telecommunications Data Exchange Inc. contract for the next five years. Equifax has managed the NTDE database of default commercial account information from 72 telecommunications companies since 1995.
