Costa Mesa, CA-based Experian has formed a new division dedicated to providing fraud prevention and detection systems for financial services companies.

DoubleClick Inc. has upgraded its DART for Advertisers service, an online advertisement-management solution, with enhanced optimization and reporting features.

Epsilon, the database marketing agency, will host a forum, “How Nonprofits Can Succeed in a Culture of Doubt” on Aug. 12, at New York’s Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. The forum precedes the Direct Marketing Association’s New York Nonprofit Conference in the same location.

Mario Amici has been named production committee chair for the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association. He will develop educational seminars on topics such as print production, list processing, personalization and lettershop services. Amici is direct operations vice president at direct response advertising agency, Roska Direct in Philadelphia.
