Ronald E. Daly has resigned as president of R.R. Donnelley Print Solutions to become CEO of Oce-USA Holding, Inc., the North American business of Oce N.V., based in the Netherlands. Michael B. Allen, executive vice president, and Robert S. Pyzdrowski, president of operations, will assume the responsibilities as co-leaders of the R.R. Donnelley business unit for the near future.
EBay Inc. is considering relocating from its 10-building campus in Silicon Valley. The Los Angeles Times reported that the company is not ruling out leaving the San Jose area, where the company was founded in 1995. The company, which has a lease on its current buildings through 2006, sought suggestions on where to move from nearly 3,000 staff members in a memo circulated last week, according to the Times.
