Yahoo Japan Corp. has applied for listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, more than five years after its initial public sale of shares. The company’s market capitalization, at about $15.1 billion, is reportedly the largest of any company listed on Jasdaq (the Japanese Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation system) and accounts for a fifth of the market’s total value.

PC Mall Inc., the computer direct marketer, has opened a call center in Canada to serve the U.S. market. The Torrance, CA company said it was helped by a government labor subsidy that extends over the next four and one half years.

DVC Worldwide, a Morristown, NJ direct marketing services company, has opened an office in Norwalk, CT.
