Tim Mellors has joined Grey Worldwide North America as president and chief creative officer. Mellor is the first to hold this title at the agency. He left Grey Worldwide UK in July 2003, where he was chairman and executive creative director, in order to co-host the BBC television game show Double Cross.

Direct Media has named Matt Musikar as an account executive in its list management division. Previously, Musikar worked in sales positions at Mokrynski & Associates, Walter Karl and AZ Marketing. His clients have included Victoria’s Secret, Nordstrom and Potpourri Group Properties.

The Illinois Lottery has generated nearly 556,000 entries through June 17 for its second chance promotion aired on WGN-TV. The promo invites viewers to submit $30 worth of non-winning tickets for a second chance drawing. The campaign celebrates the lottery’s 30th anniversary.

Sun Entertainment Holding Corp. has reached an agreement with Record Sales of Nashville, TN, to manufacture and release a collection of Johnny Cash recordings to sell through direct marketing and retail.
