RR Donnelley & Sons Co., Chicago, has named Glenn R. Richter as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 1. Richter is currently the CFO of Sears, Roebuck and Co. Current CFO Kevin J. Smith will remain with RR Donnelley until the end of the company’s first quarter on March 31.
America Online has launched a new Local Search service, accessible via AOL, AOL.com and localsearch.aol.com. Content will include listings from AOL Yellow Pages, AOL CityGuide, Moviefone and Mapquest, along with information on over 13 million businesses in more than 300 cities, according to the company.
