Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. has named Stephen Staid executive VP of customer relationship management. He brings more than 15 years of mortgage servicing management experience with a variety of financial service firms to the role.
In his new position, Staid will be responsible for the all aspects of customer relationships, including financial transaction management, early stage delinquency, modification fulfillment, command center, call monitoring and customer service.
He also will serve as a member of the Saxon Executive Committee, reporting directly to Saxon CEO Anthony Meola.
