Roark Capital Group has purchased DX Marketing LLC, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. DX Marketing, which is based in Atlanta, FL, offers market research, prospecting and digital printing capabilities for direct mailers. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Under the terms of the acquisition, DX Marketing will become a subsidiary of Money Mailer Holding Corp., a firm jointly owned by Roark and Money Mailer’s management team, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Money Mailer, Garden Grove, CA is a shared mail company.
