RMH Teleservices Inc., a provider of call-center services, predicted first-quarter revenue of $75 million, an increase of 27% over the same period last year, and improved earnings per share.
But it has delayed the filing of its restated financial results for 2000, 2001 and the first three quarters of 2002. The date has been postponed from Dec. 29, 2002 to Jan. 13, 2003.
The Newtown Square, PA firm also stated that it is holding to its fiscal 2003 revenue expectation of $325 million to $350 million. And it expects earnings per share of $1.25 to $1.35, up from its original estimate of $1.10 to $1.25.
The company replaced its auditor Arthur Andersen with Deloitte & Touche LLP during the third quarter of fiscal 2002, and announced that it would restate its financial results starting with fiscal year 2000.
CFO Scot Brunke said in a statement that RMH and Deloitte & Touche “worked extremely hard during the holiday season toward resolving this matter.”
