Rapp Collins Worldwide has made three promotions.

Following the recent promotion of Martin Macdonald to chief creative officer for North America, Grant Swain has moved up to senior vice president, executive creative director, for Rapp Collins-Dallas.

In his new role, Swain, will provide day-to-day leadership on all creative work produced at the agency’s largest office.

Gavin Twigger has been elevated to group creative director in Dallas, where he was previously interactive creative director.

Ilene Malakoff has been promoted to vice president, group creative director at the New York, where she will lead creative activities. She was associate creative director.
