R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. will acquire Spencer Press Inc. for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter.
Spencer Press produces catalogs, press-pasted booklets, freestanding inserts and self-mailers.
*Merkle Acquires Domain Group Merkle has acquired the Domain Group, a direct-response fundraising agency.
Terms were not disclosed.
The 85-person Domain Group will continue to operate from its locations in Seattle and Atlanta and will hold onto its leadership.
