Quigo Technologies Inc. has named Marty Abbott chief operating officer and Michael Fisher chief information officer.
Previously, Abbott was the senior vice president of technology in charge of operational overview of EBay and all its subsidiaries. Fisher was most recently vice president, engineering & architecture for PayPal. Before that, he spent seven years at General Electric helping to develop the company’s technology strategy and processes.
