Quality Telemarketing, Inc., which runs magazine subscription fulfillment call centers, is closing operations in three facilities, laying off 110 employees, according to wire service reports. Specifically, about 55 jobs in Vermillion and 25 in Winner, SD will be discontinued as will 30 in Spirit Lake, IA. All locations are expected to be shuttered by Dec. 31.
