Publicis Groupe has acquired Wcube, a French Internet marketing agency. Wcube will be renamed Publicis Modem France.
Terms were not disclosed.
The newly created unit will be managed by Xavier Gury and Thierry Vandewalle, the current co-presidents of Wcube
