Stamford, CT-based Priceline WebHouse Club, in which consumers name their own price for retail items and shop for them at a discount at local stores, has formed a strategic alliance with ADVO Inc., Windsor, CT. The two companies will “develop Internet-based marketing solutions for ADVO’s 24,000 clients and 600 sales associates, in conjunction with Priceline WebHouse Club’s Half-Price token loyalty, program,” the two companies said in a statement.
