Pitney Bowes Inc. will acquire mail pre-sort firm PSI Group Inc. for $130 million.
Omaha-based PSI will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of postal equipment manufacturer Pitney Bowes and continue to operate under its current management.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.
Pitney Bowes is based in Stamford, CT.
