Pennsylvania Attorney General Mike Fisher urged state residents to report violations of its “Do Not Call” Law which will go into effect Fri. Nov. 1 for consumers who registered their names, addresses and telephone numbers before Sept. 15.
The law prohibits telemarketers, except those exempt under law, from contacting residents whose names appear on the state’s1.6-million-name statewide “Do Not Call” list.
