Pendleton Woolen Mills has chosen CommercialWare Inc.’s order management and fulfillment software, CWDirect, to provide back office management of its growing retail operations; CWData business intelligence software module; and CWIntegrate application integration software.
In the past 15 years, Pendleton, Portland, OR, has augmented its wholesale operations with brick and mortar, online and catalog channels. Natick, MA-based CommercialWare’s software was selected to streamline Pendleton’s order management operations and provide optimum customer service from all of its retail channels.
Pendleton Woolen Mills was founded in the early 1900’s as a wholesale textile manufacturer and grew its operations through sales of a number of popular lines of classic men’s and women’s apparel. Today, the company’s classic merchandise is sold through a network of retail stores, catalogs and Web sites.
