Fine Arts marketing Web site Onview.com (http://www.onview.com), has acquired Brooke Alexander Editions (BAE), a contemporary print publishers and dealers, for an undisclosed amount of Onview.com stock.
Under the terms of the agreement, Brooke Alexander Editions will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Onview.com. Onview.com will retain exclusive rights to all BAE inventory. Brooke Alexander will remain President of BAE, and will also serve as Vice President, Prints for Onview.com and will be responsible for driving Onview.com’s long-term print strategy, and for bringing other strategic partners on board.
