BUENA VISTA HOME ENTERTAINMENT: has entered into a two-year partnership with Mosaic, a field sales and marketing company that will provide merchandising services for the company in markets nationwide. Mosaic will service all Buena Vista Home Entertainment products, including Miramax, Touchstone, Hollywood Pictures, Dimension and Walt Disney Pictures. Mosaic’s Movie Specialists will continue to conduct in-store product placement, signage and other merchandising services in support of Buena Vista Home Entertainment video and DVD nationwide.
HANES: will roll out limited edition T-shirts designed by Marc Jacobs to benefit the women’s cancer initiative founded by Saks Fifth Avenue, Key to the Cure. Award-winning actress Charlize Theron will appear in a national public service announcement wearing a Silver for Her by Hanes T-shirt. The PSA will appear in major fashion and lifestyle magazines in October.
WARNER BROS. CONSUMER PRODUCTS: has paired the Looney Tunes with Los Angeles’ Tracy Ross boutique for a line of exclusive vintage shirts for women. The line will consist of T-shirts, side-cropped tank tops and T-shirt dresses. The products are in-store now and prices range from $40-$50.
