NOBLE: Chicago, won two projects from Illinois Tool Works’ ITW Brands division, for Tapcon Concrete Anchors and Tornado Storage Hooks. The advertising, interactive development and promotions assignments are Noble’s first work for Glenview, IL-based Illinois Tool Works. Separately, Noble has added two account supervisors to its food-away-from-home staff. Matthew Schelin will supervise Noble’s work for Reckitt Benckiser; he had been an account supervisor for Chicago agency Trade Marketing Group, with earlier stints at Draft and Upshot. Angela Hoops will supervise Noble’s work for Otis Spunkmeyer; she had been an account supervisor at The Food Group, Chicago. Both jobs are new posts at Noble.

MILLER BREWING CO.: tapped Arc Worldwide, Chicago, to handle Miller Genuine Draft promos and in-store marketing targeted to Hispanics. Arc will work with Miller’s Hispanic ad agency, Miami-based La Comunidad, on the brand. Arc is agency of record for MGD promotions, and also handles promo projects for Miller Lite.
