The National Envelope Co. has acquired the Atlantic Envelope Co. from Kelly Capital for an undisclosed sum.
Atlantic manufactures direct mail, specialty, and transactional envelopes and has more than 1,800 customers nationwide. After the close, National will have about 4,600 employees and 22 facilities coast-to-coast.
