McCormick and Niezen join Michael Iaccarino, Mobile Messenger’s president and CEO, and build on the company’s strong foundation of leadership in mobile technology.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, McCormick will lead talent acquisition and development and implement HR systems to support Mobile Messenger’s staff and executive team. McCormick has more than 25 years of experience building successful people strategies across industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, technology, marketing and consulting.
Israel Niezen joined the senior executive team to lead Mobile Messenger’s strategic marketing efforts. In this role, Niezen will work closely with clients and partners to enhance the company’s product and service offerings. He will also pursue new markets and distribution channels to further broaden Mobile Messenger’s market presence.

Most recently, McCormick served as SVP of Human Resources for Epsilon, a marketing technology company based in Dallas with operations in North America, Asia and Europe. Prior to Epsilon he operated his own Human Resources consulting business and held multiple leadership roles at companies including Bellsouth Mobility DCS, Alliance Data, Acuity Brands, Frito-Lay and Kraft Foods. McCormick attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and holds a Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Niezen has a track record of bringing successful new mobile media ventures to market. Prior to joining the Mobile Messenger team, he directed strategy and business development at Telescope Inc., where he launched solutions to help television brands and advertisers use targeted mobile communications to generate new revenue streams and acquire new customers. Before Telescope, he held client development roles at mobile media companies Motricity and Goldpocket Wireless, with a focus on promoting, distributing and monetizing mobile content. Niezen holds an MBA from Harvard and a BS in Finance and International Business from the University of Central Florida.
