Millard Group Inc., Peterborough, NH, Friday launched Millard Interactive, an Internet division.
In addition to e-mail list brokerage, the unit’s services include helping clients to plan long-term Internet strategies, to develop Web sites and to better use their e-mail files to communicate with customers and prospects. Also, Millard Interactive will research the market, identifying customers’ and competitors’ use of the medium.
The division is staffed by four full-timers. Employees in other areas of the company will provide support.
The goal of the division “is trying to provide our clients with the support in information and with tangible support people to develop their Internet strategies,” Ben Perez, president, told DIRECT Newsline.
The Internet initiative, in development for two years, is already being used by “a good cross-representation of clients,” according to Perez.
