Quebecor World Inc. has appointed Jacques Mallette as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
He will take over when Claude Helie retires on Sept. 30, and will continue to serve in the same role at Quebecor Inc.
Mallette joined Montreal-based Quebecor in March 2003. Previously, he was president and CEO of Cascades Boxboard Group Inc.
