A new customer retention management solution launched at the national Center for Database Marketing conference in Orlando, FL, will give marketers online access to a suite of database marketing tools.
The database package, Intravue, is available from Orange, CA-based Experian. Intravue provides a single, incorporated set of tools and services that will support marketers from the targeting, acquisition, customer relationship, and value maximization processes.
The tools include Data Factory, a CRM warehouse/hygiene product; Data Store, a link to Experian’s database for appending purposes; Modeling and Data Mining software from SAS; business intelligence applications; campaign management tools written in non-technical terminology; and access to Experian’s consulting services.
“Intravue reduces costs associated with current database solutions while increasing flexibility within a database environment in order to accommodate changes in business strategy over time,” said vice president of database services Bob Gaito in a statement.
