List Day Returns on Aug. 2
The Direct Marketing Association’s List Day conference will be held Aug. 2 at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel. The List Vision name used for the past few years has been dropped and the old List Day moniker has been revived.
Changes to this year’s program include the introduction of separate basic and intermediate level sessions for list professionals. Additional sessions are planned for search engine marketing and list broker and list manager relations for discussion of ethics, among other topics. A roundtable discussion is planned to focus on the pros and cons of list industry consolidation.
Two 45-minute time slots for networking have been added to program. Tables, chairs and refreshments will be available for impromptu meetings. A Happy Hour has been reinstated to conference program for later in the day.
