List Technology Systems Group Reorganizes

List Technology Systems Group, New York, has terminated seven employees in a reorganization aimed at replacing those employees with more senior level positions.

The terminations took place last Friday and Monday. The company employs about 40 employees in three offices: Washington, DC, Manhattan and Long Island.

“It’s a positioning that we wanted to take to be stronger in the industry, particularly in list management” said Pam Mulligan, the firm’s vice president. “We’re taking on more clients and we needed more fire power in terms of staff.”

Most recently, the firm has taken on the list management of the Netvention file of 2 million companies and 1 million executives, sourced from the Internet. Another file, ProData is a compiled file of 18 million records by profession. Selections include medical practice, law office, accountants and engineers by specialty. And the PennWell Professional Women’s database of 104,000 records identifying females from over 15 PennWell Professional magazines.
