Lillian Vernon Corp., Rye, NY, has named Wayne Palladino chief financial officer to replace Dick Randall who left May 19 for the same position at Coach Inc.
Palladino, 41, has held senior management positions at Transworld Healthcare Inc., Pennwood Capital Corp. and W.R. Grace & Co.
