Lenser Exits List Management in Deal with Millard Group

Lenser & Associates has closed its list management division to focus on providing other direct marketing services, as part of a partnership arrangement with Millard Group Inc.

“We’ve entered an affiliate relationship and partnership with Millard to provide list management services to our clients,” said Michelle Houston, vice president of circulation and client services at Lenser.

Twelve list management accounts that had been managed by Lenser will now be handled by Millard Group. These include Edmund Scientific, Bluestone, Crazy Shirts, For Counsel and High Country Gardens. The other files are Imagine the Challenge, King Ranch, Lehman’s Hardware, Montessori Services, Orion Telescope, Rejuvenation and Select Seeds.

Lenser will focus on providing client services for circulation management and consulting for catalogers and other direct marketers and strategies for multi-channel marketing, according Houston.

She said that Lenser would continue providing list brokerage services. The San Rafael, CA-based firm was founded in 1994. It has 60 various kinds of clients.
