IProspect, a search engine marketing firm, has acquired Range Online Media, an interactive marketing agency.
Terms were not disclosed.
This deal increases IProspect’s scale in the U.S. by more than 60 employees and adds Range’s offerings in luxury retail, travel, and hospitality.
For the time being, Misty Locke will continue to serve as the president of Range, but will assume the new role of chief strategy officer of IProspect.
