The direct marketing agency E&M Advertising has been acquired by Impart Media Group Inc., a Seattle based digital media firm.
The deal was structured for an undisclosed cash sum and common stock shares.
E&M generated roughly $40 million in unaudited revenues in 2005.
Michael Medico, E&M’s founder and CEO, will manage the New York-based agency, which employs more than 40 people. It will be operated as a subsidiary of Impart Media.
