IMergent Inc. will miss its deadline for filing form 10K for fiscal year 2005 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm said it could not complete the restatement and related audits of fiscal years 2002, 2003, 2004 and the first three quarters of fiscal 2005. The original deadline was Sept. 13.
IMergent’s fiscal year 2005 ended June 30.
Management of the online marketing services provider attributed the delay to its “continuing review of the appropriate interpretation and application of generally accepted accounting principles related to revenue recognition.”
No date was given for restatement.
