ICT Group, a provider of customer management and business process outsourcing solutions, has expanded its business processing operations in India.
The move came in response to demand from the region, according to the company. The new facility is larger than its previous location, and provides back-office support to firms in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia. The new location is currently equipped with 150 workstations, but has the capability of expanding to 300 workstations if needed.
ICT’s new operations are based in HiTech City, which along with Bangalore account for the two largest concentrations of IT firms in India.
