Holden Graphic Services, Minneapolis, has purchased Boulder, CO-based Advance Direct, a subsidiary of Advance Magazine Publishers Inc.
Advance Direct will retain its name and be affiliated with Holden’s other direct mail business, Moody Printing and Mail Marketing, based in Ft. Worth, Texas. Jim Moody, president of Moody Printing, will be president of the combined companies.
Advance Direct, which provides full-service direct mail, billing and renewal forms and self-mailers, has an annual sales volume of $28 million.
