Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos will acquire SF Interactive. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The deal is set to close in April.
Once completed, the acquisition will give Boston-based Hill, Holliday its first presence in Washington, DC. Hill, Holliday currently has offices in SF Interactive
