Susan Henricks has succeeded Jack McDonnell as managing director of client development for First Data Card Service Group, Omaha, NE. Henricks had previously been the organization’s president.
McDonnell, whose stepping down was described by a spokesperson as “a personal decision,” resigned in November 1998. No public announcement was made at the time.
Henricks’ new duties will include overseeing all of First Data Card Service Group’s client services in the U.S. for credit, commercial and retail card-issuing clients. Henricks went to First Data from Metromail, where she was president/CEO.
