Harry & David Holdings Inc. will acquire Wolferman’s from Williams Foods Inc. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Wolferman’s markets English muffins and other breakfast products, as well as specialty breads and desserts, through its catalogs and Web sites. The company generated approximately $28 million in sales during 2007.
