Hardee’s is promoting a new menu item, Natural Cut Fries, with a sampling effort this week.
The company has pronounced Aug. 24 as “Free Fry Day” in its U.S. restaurants. People who stop by any Hardee’s restaurant on that date will receive a free small order of its new French fries.
In addition, patrons who order a combo meal or a side of fries will also receive Hardee’s Natural Cut French Fries.
The Natural Cut Fries are thicker with the potato skin left on them. The new menu item, which debut this week, complements Hardee’s Angus beef Thickburgers. The product is available in small, medium and large sizes for $1.29, $1.49 or $1.69, respectively, the company said.
In-store signage and online marketing supports the fry giveaway.
