The Federal Trade Commission has filed an action against several companies and individuals, accusing them of making false claims for the weight-loss product Slim Down Solution.
Slim Down Solution LLC (SDS), Mederia Management Inc. and several other firms incorrectly stated in advertisements that the key ingredient of slim Down Solution, D-glucosamine, causes significant weight loss while absorbing up to 20 grams of dietary fat, the FTC alleges.
