Cataloger Foster & Gallagher Inc., Peoria, IL, has named Cindy Faulknier to the new position of senior vice president, customer relations officer.
She will be responsible for all operations of the company’s customer sales and service locations, including its seven commercial Web sites. Most recently, she was director of global customer service for Avon Inc. Previously, she was general manager and vice president of consumer relations for Disney Direct Marketing Services Inc.
