Former Texas AG Surrenders on Mail Fraud Indictment

The former Texas attorney general Dan Morales surrendered on mail fraud and conspiracy charges on Friday, AP reported. Morales lost the Democratic gubernatorial primary last year.

Morales was released on personal recognizance after he agreed not to leave the country.
