The information management systems and services firm Fiserv Inc. has acquired the digital printer and direct marketing firm Jerome Group LLC. Terms of the transaction have been kept under wraps.
“The Jerome Group is an important addition to the growth strategy of Fiserv’s output solutions division,” said in a statement Jeff Yabuki, president and CEO of Fiserv.
Jerome will become part of the Personix division of Fiserv Output Solutions, offering state-of-the-art direct marketing services. Jerome’s more than 300 employees are expected to join Fiserv.
Ken Brown will remain as the executive vice president and lead this new Fiserv division.
