Family Dollar Stores, Inc. has promoted Dorlisa K. Flur to executive vice president, strategy and marketing.
Flur assumes executive responsibility for marketing, with a focus on strengthening the link between customer communications and customer research and enhancing the company’s private label strategy.
She joined Family Dollar in 2004 as senior vice president, strategy and business development. Prior to that, she worked as a principal with the global management consulting firm, McKinsey and Co.
