Fair, Isaac and Co., San Rafael, CA, has formed an ASP (application service provider) business unit. The focus of the new unit will reportedly be to build technologies and partnerships necessary to deliver customer decision-making systems. Patrick Culhane, executive vice president, will head the new decision ASP business unit.
