Experian, an Orange, CA-based information services provider, has formed integrated solutions group, a unit that will develop customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
The unit will focus on customer data integration, real-time content exchange; hosted CRM solutions; information intelligence and privacy and fraud consulting.
