Euro RSCG Worldwide, New York, has acquired the Meridian Consulting Group, a Westport, CT-based strategic marketing and sales consulting company. The group will be known as Meridian Consulting Euro RSCG.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Meridien’s founders Jeffrey Hill and Michael Shinall will continue to run the company’s operations as managing directors.
